Even as a BIN, if this Server has no playerbase wouldn't be worth $500.

But the BIN is there for a last resort. I like to put high BINS on my builds/sales just in case, no matter how high qaulity it is. Surely it is the starting bid which is really important here.

I can vouch for this, great person and a great deal IMO.

Also, there is a player base since 2 youtubers have already recorded on it. That's irrelevant however, because what the $500 really stands for is the custom plugins, custom website, custom server spawn, and professional staff team all ready to go as soon as you buy the server.

About 5 month membership, I rarely comment on posts on Mc-Market, I created an account when looking for someone who could make Gfx. Most of the time I just view posts, but I saw this post and I know the owner so I just wanted to vouch for him. Also, I do agree with you about the player base, and I said before, there is a player base since the server was recorded on by two youtubers.
