Selling Tropical Lobby PARKOUR INCLUDED (BIDDING WAR)

Hey guys, I'm bringing to you a simple Tropical Lobby for sale. The last few builds I sold went smooth and well and this one shall too. This spawn was built by myself in about 45 minutes. I am commissioning this build for a small price because it's pretty simple but has some cool and creative atmosphere that might be useful for a minigames lobby, or something like that!

What is included in this lobby?

➣ Very detailed and tall palm trees and bushed. The palm trees are what took the most time, hanging over the lobby to really bring out the tropical feel.

➣ Board for signs (Can fit 6 signs), 2 stands for anything you want to put on them,
and a wooden structure in the distance on a hill.

➣ Path leading down from where you spawn, onto the sand, where you can look out into
the water (if you want to add any), where you can see a dock and more.

➣ Lights everywhere (Tiki themed) to light up the lobby for day and night.

➣ Tropical parkour that can take up to 3 minutes to do, perfect for game intermissions
in survival games and other minigames. The parkour goes from the ground, through the center, and up to the top of the largest tree to look over the lobby.
