I'm here today to sell a very high quality faction spawn.
Spawn:
The size is around 163x163, large enough for a playerbase of +90-
It's highly detailed.
It's inside is not just rotated 90°, all sides are unique.
It has a spawnpad for people to spawn on.
It has 4 bridges to connect 5 islands together.
You will see little copy/paste in this spawn.
It has a sort-of new touch to your typical spawn - the inside are islands.
It has enchantment tables from 1-30
It has anvils for reparing/renaming items.
It has a mob farm with sell signs.
Warzone:
The spawn comes with a very flexible and good-looking warzone, within
the warzone there are various houses and small towers with paths.
There are also mountains around the build to
give a custom-terraformed feel.
Price:
I'm only selling this build for $200. It's a lot sure, but it's worth it. Here's how
I came up with this price: (in USD)
Spawn Towers + Walls: $80
Spawn inside terraforming + building: $50
Custom terraforming outside: $30
Houses for warzone: $30
Warzone touchups: $10
