Hey Mr.Tommy, I can see your new to this so i'll enlighten you. 40$ is only enought to buy a premade server with no player base. Your going to need at least 150$ to get a ok ish server with a few players and a site.

Not even the players. I've seen servers sold with a PB of 10 for $200+ standalone.
