Semi Og accounts money loss?

Just wondering im mew here but is there a tutorial on how to snipe semi og accounts?
I see them sell for around 10-15$ but buying minecraft itself is more then that? And most if them dont have name changes so there not just hacked randy alts, so im not sure what im missing here Any help is appreciated!

Most of them are full access alt and have one name change
The ones that don't have one are "clean" ogs and go for 60+

Well i assume they get these full access alta for cheaper then what they sell there accounts for, anyone know where? And thanks for the help!
