Semi-Vanilla Survival Spawn - PM me for details!

Hey, I need a survival spawn for my survival server on my network.
We have noticed that players are leaving the server before even reaching the wild - This is due to how hard it is to navigate our spawn.

We want a survival spawn which will allow players to easily navigate our spawn areas.
Our spawn areas are:
- Shop
- Biome portals
- PvP Portals
- Global market (One market stall dedicated to a auction-like plugin)
