Ight,so I somewhat have the same problem as Landon1
yes I'm making my own thread cause i mean, different people, different needs. Kappa

Right so basically,here's my problem.
I procrastinate a shit ton. I do get my homework done sometimes early,if not,two days ~ before the due date.
I do study as well, however I somehow manage to get shit marks.

What I need help with,is what can I do to help my marks? Cause ATM,my marks are affecting me and in real life.
Before anyone says to pay attention in class,I do,however, our teacher(s) explains horribly the subject and I usually drift off into whatever my mind has in store. Another point to take is that I usually don't understand due to the fact I'm bilingual, and one language's weaker than the other.

so yeah
thanks for suggesting help I guess <3

The difference with me is there is no homework for the next three days, it's normally the next day ONLY. That's my problem, I don't even study in the first place. Studying does not work for me. I can't really suggest cause I have the problems myself but look at my thread. People have given some solid answers.

We don't usually have a lot homework, just that I will procrastinate till I live.
Just that I have problems studying and well,I am somewhat miserably failing a homework that's worth 40% of our mark for "stage 1" (Idk what you guys call it.)

Ask friends and family for tutoring. Figure out what you don't know and study it. Make sure to study in short bursts, instead of a long period. Maybe 20-30 minutes or so of studying every day. When you have a test, double that study time. However, don't study for too long, as it's harder for your brain to study that way. Also, get your priorities straight. If you don't like doing a lot of homework, try to even out the time you do the homework between multiple days, (If the due date allows). A great way to study is to make flash cards on quizlet. Taking tests on there to test your knowledge also works. Hope this helped you out.

Since you aren't too well at studying, I'm going to give you some advice that helps me.
  • Put your notes on quizlet and take a generated test based on your notes there.
  • Try finding the content online and learn how to do it there (For math, there is IXL and Khanacademy, and so forth)
  • Ask your parents / friends to teach you the material.
  • Stay after school and ask your teachers to elaborate more on the content so you can furthermore understand it.

I'll try those.
Usually my friends dont give a single fuck lol.
Parents are busy and they learned it a different way nonetheless thanks.
