Send to fallback server after restart

Hello,

I'm using bungeecord and I'm looking for a plugin like movemenow. It basically just moves people to the fallback server after a server restart/kick. I've tried the plugin and it only sets a few people back to the fallback server, others are just kicked from the proxy.

Anyone knows any replacements for movemenow? Or how much would it cost to code this one?
