Hello, i’m looking for servers that want senior staff members/staff managers. i have a lot of past experience with bigger servers but want to explore. I do not expect to be paid right now but as the server progresses a pay check would be nice.

message me on discord Joseph121#4821 if you’re interested

Some stuff you can do to improve your thread:

1. Adding a resume or portfolio.
A resume/portfolio is key if you want to get a proper position. If you don't know how to make a portfolio, you can search for resume/portfolio examples online. There are tons of free templates to start with.
2. Describe your previous experiences. Only having past experience with big servers with no proof or explanation really makes people doubt your integrity. List out the servers you've worked on in detail (i.e. what position, what you did, why you left, etc.)
3. Make your thread look professional and interesting. No one will hire you if your thread contains practically zero useful information and people will just think you're a random kid trolling on the internet. You have bold, italic, underline, colors, emojis , and many more. Utilize that so people will be more interested in reading your thread.
4. If you're starting out, make your management free. Not that there's anything wrong with paid services, but if you're starting out with zero reputations (unless it's a business kind of thread) you might want to start out free by finding free gigs and working your way up. By doing this for free, you will get people to vouch for your services and people will start to recognize you for your work.

Good luck in your endeavors
