I would NOT recommend anyone to Senior Team. I paid 100% Up front for a very simple bot, it was about 20 days overdue for my stated deadline, and it still has many bugs. I do not recommend Senior Team.

You should have checked the developer's portfolio and see his past work, this can tell if he is good at a thing or not. Also, maybe the deadline might have been too short for the request you gave?
