I'm pretty sure it's modifying/adding the website description and keywords for the search list in - for example - Google.com. Adding or modifying the website description and keywords will make your website easier to find when googling it.

a very specific keyword, and if its the name of your domain name and server it shouldn't be a keyword you aim for unless there are others named it...

You should aim for trying to get up there for the server type, game modes and experiences you offer not your actual name...well also your actual name but not the key one to search for as
