Seperate funnies from general and marketplace

Sometimes a funny can be used in a positive connotation
E.g. - Someone made a funny joke in general discussion and you think it's funny

Or other times, it can be used in a negative connotation
E.g. - Someone wants a $8000 BTC loan and you think it's funny that they are asking for so much

So I recommend splitting up the funny reaction into a positive and a neutral - just like agree from suggestions and agree from everywhere else.
