Today I am selling my server and the reason is like a lot of others, I am too busy
with life and school to continue it. And I have my fair share of dealing with people.
(BTW when I was a player, before owning a server, I always thought it was stupid how
people said they were to busy with life, I was thinking how hard is it even to own
a server, and here I am, in the same spot )

When TNT is send flying towards you, in vanilla you can do nothing, but with this plugin, Right Clicking Primed TNT 2 times fast will make it drop into an Item.

Has a chance of drop from 1-4 Obsidian when a Hostile Mob is Killed. Creepers have a chance of dropping from 1-4 TNT when killed.

When someone Joins the server for the First time, they have a popup on their screen with a GUI, that lets them choose from 4 Classes
Enchanter- Gets a kit that allows them to get a lot of Levels.
Swift- Gets a kit that allows them to get Swiftness potions.
Wolf- Can do /wolf every day to spawn in a Tamed Wolf.
UnDead- Bypasses the Deathban

MarkElf did not make that, EWG doesnt state anything that says you cannot redistribute chunks of it for commercial purposes, just says the pluggin.

Well than MarkElf scammed you. Im assuming you are selling the server with the custom terrain from EWG? And this is not commercial use. You have a whole section dedicated to the terrain yes, A. Using it for commercial use to gain views and interest but you are also B. Selling the terrain which does not count as commercial use.

The TOS on EWG does not state any use of the terrain itself, but the pluggin.

I do not have a problem with you selling your server i love it but i have a problem of you using this "Custom Terrain" as a way to sell your server when it is against the terms of EWG. And honestly i doubt you bought it aswell

Why would that be removed? If he is stating an opinion, its an opinion, right? As long as comments and opinions are not fully bashing and are supporting a user's opinion and suggestion for the object being sold/bought, then it should be fine.
