Not to be a dick but what actions could you possibly take for someone leaking a plugin idea document? Worst that will happen is their MCM account gets earning points.

I spent hours creating those ideas from scratch. If another developer creates them for himself I'll be pretty angry, hence why I'll devouch, -rep and whatever else I can do.
