Serious buyer, looking for HQ Setups, servers and networks

Hello, I'm looking for HQ Setups or Servers/Networks with a preexisting player base. The requirements are as followed.

Req.:
High Quality, this would mean It has to be top notch, I don't want a server where you can see the lack of funding or soul.
Playerbase, I'm mainly looking for 30-200, as anything below 30 is pretty easy to obtain.

Others:
If your server or network is cracked I'm still interested! I judge servers by income, quality and player activity. But, I'm not interested in Russian cracked servers or any foreign language servers!

Budget: $1500 - $4000

NOTE: Don't reply advertising your setup thread! I want premade ONLY!
