Our server is multi-game-mode, with a completely custom code-base aside from the essential plugins. You will be forced to adapt to these plugins and learn how they work.
Role Description:
You will be in charge of managing development as a whole on the server. You should understand the basics of owning a server, and be ready to manage workers that are expected to complete tasks on the server. You must know what to do, and not need to ask for directions always. You must be efficient in everything you do, and also have a clear understanding and dedication to the server to understand what would make sense for a solution. You should have experience in designing structured systems to make sure communication is crystal clear in all aspects of the server. Your primary goal is to ensure the development system is managed properly (coding experience not required at all). Depending on how efficient of a worker you are, you should be expected to work 20 minutes randomly multiple times throughout the day- typically responding to developers or other workers, and giving instructions. You will also be expected to log into the server at times to review work or to pitch new work for the teams.

- Experience in designing/planning/testing
- Have real ownership experience
- Basic minecraft server plugin configuration
- Server owning knowledge regarding; pterodactyl, talking to new hires, giving clear instructions, optimizing workflows
- Proficiency in English, you must be able to formulate sentences fluently and accurately
- Dedication, agree to a commitment and fulfill to your promises
- Availability - Consistent work days (is discussed per applicant), no work required (bonus) on weekends
