I'm coming up with a project that is nearly established already with a custom plugin that is being made right now. I have purchased nearly everything for the server other than the theme for the forums since I am quite experienced with MYBB but a bit rusty.
Now I have an idea for a server which is being released within the next few days but I want to find a partner to help me aside this project.
You may have seen me post before this but I have hired a Developer, who was young so I was expecting immaturity from him, so I told him before he was accepted, what the rules where etc for his permission, what I expect from him and how serious I am about this and what he would receive overtime for paytime as being developer which was $. The user gave members diamond blocks etc, money and was breaking staff rules such as swearing etc and I was told by a tester that he was saying 'I'm staff I can do what I want', I was then told by the user himself that he did it because he got hacked and islands where reset, which I still don't accept since he was just a Back-End Developer. Since all this, I have reset all members from the server so its a fresh start, season 1 has been added, website/forums is active but NOT fully functional etc but I wanted to show members to keep them intrigued (updated and be able join the giveaway etc.)
I have a Discord active with a few people waiting to join BUT I have done no advertising at all, at the moment I got a few people to join from one site to test bugs etc and they ended up being a few decent active players etc. (Will have to see if they join upon release date)

I have recently bought a skyblock setup from a member on here.
Now heres a list of what I've added myself to it.
- Premium ore gen plugin (Completely fresh, never seen before)
- Our own ranks such as Alpha (Can be earned from donating or having a certain amount of gameplay and even winning the IS TOP seasons)
- We are doing season giveaways (All rewards paid by me/donation money)
- A ton more known features (Crates, Shops, Menus etc)
What I want from the staff member:
- Be able to help fix bugs etc.
- Be able to run a MC community
- Must be able to understand staff rules etc (Don't think cause your staff, you're able to break rules)
- Friendly and active
- Bring loads of ideas to the table
- Manage a staff team
- Basically everything a normal owner would do but aslong another partner.
What you can expect from me(Small list):
- 19 - Will be 20 at the beginning off next year
- Active
- Determined
- Not in it for the money, since I have restarted this project twice already since I prefer skyblock and have invested over $100 in both projects, such as logo, i had a custom website with enjin but I'm not paying for that no longer.
- Have a decent amount of money to build the server advertisements way and plugins.
- Feel free to ask questions

- I'm not going to discuss the idea here but will if you're serious.
- I haven't seen it before and could be hard to execute
- If executed properly, this could be a good idea etc.
