Making this thread yet again — I am searching for sales reps who can find me graphic design, front-end web development commissions; they will be paid a set % for each commission they take in, starting with the first they find.
In addition, I am starting to bond together a group of freelancers for a sort of service team except everyone keeps 100%. I'll manage it myself, making sure every person has a sufficient portfolio and is trustworthy. I'll need sales reps for this project as well.
