I'm looking for server advertisement, typically through Content Creation on YouTube and/or Twitch.
I'm the Owner of an RPG Faction Minecraft Server known as PrismForge. We've had our ups and downs over the years for player counts

Even with these player counts, the server income is over my expectation, allowing me to afford advertisement
Server has been active/working for a couple years now, so I now believe I have experience required to focus on community expansion.

My overall goal for these services is obviously to grow the server, so, if you are able to provide me with the audience I desire, then you shall be graciously rewarded as a result
I'm offering to pay of course, depending on the partnership you want to take.
We have our standard in game/discord Content Creator rank system (intended to help grow their channels, and my server as a result):
Twitch - 1000 Followers 35+ Active Viewers
YouTuber - 1000 Subscribers 250+ Views First 24hr
Media - 250 Subscribers 50+ Views First 24hr
Streamer - 250 Followers 10+ Active Viewers
(Frequent server uploads required - exceptions made based off of negotiation with Content Managers)
These Content Creator Ranks allow for content creators to participate in our programs which includes a set of perks:
- 5% Off Buycraft Coupon Valid every 24 hours after upload (which gives a set percentage to the content creator)
- Custom Discord Invite Link which generates money based off number of invites to the discord they get.
- Buycraft Invite Link which generates money based off number of invites to the BuyCraft they get + percentage of money when someone purchases something.
Custom $$ per Upload payments, if extreme growth is noticed.
We have some rules for this, to prevent abuse (which also help benefit the content creators and the server).
For those who don't want to grow with us, and want us to do a one-time deal (typically uploads and server trailers)
I believe the only payment options we can provide for you, is based off of past experience with server's you've dealt with + when uploading the videos of the server, we see how much growth PrismForge gains overall. Because of this, we (PrismForge) typically will pay off joins to the discord and such, that are genuine.
My methods for advertisement isn't to be cheap/harm/scam anyone. My only goal is to grow the server, and spending hundreds of dollars for content creators to upload a video, and have it not benefit PrismForge at all, is a waste of my community's faith, for willingly donating to the server, in hopes to see it grow.
If any of my current/new content creators see themselves as providing a higher service towards PrismForge than expected upon first negotiations, we are ALWAYS willing to recognize your growth and pay you more as a result. A good partnership SHOULD go both ways, which will result in a higher growth in both parties.
As a closing statement (lol), PrismForge started out as a hobby, and is now a learning experience for me, I would love for it to grow into the potential business that it can be (that's the long term accomplishment goal, to show I've done everything correctly), and have been dedicating a lot of time and money into it (as any do for their hobbies). I've stated it before and I'll state it again, I am fine with not personally gaining a lot of money off of the server. I just want my community be happy at what I've created for it
