Server Advertising Website

Hi, I'm looking for a good and efficient website where I can:

- Put my server details up
- Votifier enabled
- Pay for a sponsored spot, WITHOUT bidding,
- Can add a banner
- A website where people really visit, and I will get the best of my dollar.

The most important thing in this is NOT wanting to bid.
I want this website to aswell be seen by quite a few users so i get new players within a short-ish amount of time.
