Server (Any Gamemode)

Ok, so I've been lead on multiple times with people and servers.

I am looking for any sort of gamemode server.

No playerbase.

Must include the following.
Graphics
Website
Domain
Fully setup server.

(Buycraft isn't a must need, would be nice to have)

Budget is good amount arround $0-$200

(Please note I would like to join and see the server first before anything).
