If you read the title then you already know but:
I would like a server banner with the letters 'Valor Network' or 'The Valor Network'
I am looking for that to be free. I really need it to be free, and it doesn't need to be that good it could just be a plain server banner that doesn't move.
For the trailer I would like someone to come onto my server and then create a trailer with shaders, camera studio mod, and all of those sorts. I do have a logo that I would like to put in. I am looking for it to be really cheap, 5 dollars would be ideal.
