Arcrimonia Has some very clean and high quality banners. Also a voting a banner can go well above $60 considering that the minimum wage is $7.25/hour and creating a good one requires you to actually use your brain.

I understand but people who have made amazing banners can make them cheaper. I wouldn't pay 60$ for something he may do great. Also, I would not pay him per hours, that's why he wants 60$ he could take his time and make it 6 hours or 10 hours long. If he makes a business out of it then great but I just don't want to work with him.
