4) Make it a GIF and professional looking.
5) Needs to be done 3 days after you vouched to doing it.

What I mean here is that if a person makes a banner that's absolute crap, I reserved a right to say that I will not purchase it. Not scamming, just protecting myself from spending money on useless items.
