I do not recommend this user he paid for a build then 30mins later he told me he needed a refund because he is out of money on paypal. I new he wasn't out of money because it would not have let him send money. I did refund this user anyways.

I do apologize for all the confusion. I stupidly trusted my admins to take over my mc-market page so now it's all under control
