Hi, My name is Jake. I am creating a brand new network of fun games to play, some are original ideas of my own, and some are popular game modes that have been around for some time. I am looking for dedicated staff members to come and help out. I take what I do very seriously and I have been planning this servers for around 4 1/2 months now, drafting everything on google documents. Staff positions get these perms and this is what you are offered.

Owner: * perms, must be over 14, help pay bills on server, must have past experience as an Admin, or owner of another server, CANNOT be staff on another server! get 25% of server profit as I will as well, other 50% goes to paying for server bills, developers, and so on.

Administrator: Admins get access to console to start and stop servers, 5% of the server profits, must be over 14, must have past experience, CANNOT BE STAFF ON ANOTHER SERVER.

Developers: Developers get full access to ftp, and console. Developers are expected to be dedicated to the server, be able to take on large projects in a set amount of time, Developers must be able to work with others as there will be multiple developers. Developers CANNOT BE WORKING FULL TIME ON OTHER SERVERS, its fine if you take small projects for other servers, but you must be fully dedicated to this server. You will receive 10% of the servers Profit. Expected to be over 14 years old.

Builders: Builders get full access to world edit, all servers, and are allowed to have any schematic they desire that they built on the server. Builder is a volunteer position as of now, but once the server opens and we start making money Builders will be payed by the project. Can be any age, can also work on other servers.

With this being said, I know that I do not have much to offer as of now but I plan to make this server as best to my abilities as I can. I am motivated to get this done as perfectly and as speedy as I can with the help of anyone who feels they can help. In the future of the server I plan on hiring YouTubers, and buying slots on server lists, to make our server the best it can be. I also plan on making more staff positions open once we get a website up, and we get a fair amount of work done on the servers.

I can bring my time and dedication to keep the server up and to ensure the network is at it's best at all times and to make sure the players in the community. I can also keep the server clean by screensharing hackers and helping the community in any way possible.

How often can you be on the server:

Experience: I have owned a couple of servers myself which averaged around 20 - 40 players daily, I have been staff on many small servers and have helped them grow pretty fast. I have been staff on a decently large server called FearPvP which is currently still running.
What can you bring to the server: I can bring to the server a dedicated Head-Administrator who is familiar with plugins and large communities. I am mature and responsible and love helping new servers grow.

How often can you be on the server: I can be on 4 + hours daily.
