Server Chargeback assistance needed

So a player chargebacked on my server $25 (2 items $20, and $5). He claimed them both as unauthorized transaction.

Here is what I responded so far: (two different chargebacks so it was same type of screenshot for both)

I sent 4 screenshots,
- one of the TOS,
- one of the transactions (shows paypal transaction id, username, commands executed, item names, and the ip he had when he paid for it)
- one screenshot of /seen showing his in-game IP and location
- one screenshot of him saying that he is going to chargeback (on discord)

I was wondering with this information if I am able to win the chargeback? I have already submitted it, but wanting some thoughts & opinions. Also dunno why he chose to use unauthorized transaction when he had the same IP for the transaction and in-game.

Won my own chargeback that was server related today as well As long as you keep your grammar professional, and make yourself look completely in the right, and instead of explaining it from a 'minecraft' point of view, explain it from a business/game server. Right now, I think you'll win.
