Owner Role

• Must be active and ready to work on the server.
• Must have past experience as a owner.
• Must put some money into the server.

Dev Role

• Must be active and ready to work on the server.
• Must have past experience as a dev.
• Must be able to be on most days.
• Help with plugins, core etc..

Huge issue with this. You aren't looking for someone to help. You are looking for someone with money. A co owner is responsible for owning the server with you, this user isn't going to do that from the looks of your post instead they will be there financially only. Nothing wrong with this, however the name of the role is investor.
