Server Co-Owner Position

I'm here today to "offer" a position with me as Co-Owner.
The right word is not really offer, more of a "partner". Or not really, anyway!

I want to find a partner who wanna do a fun project, something that we just have fun on and see what we can do.
It's not a serious thing unless it actually grows and so on.


Anyway, with me as your partner I will provide
1. Dedicated and Trusted Partner
2. A Server we Work on
3. Domain/Website Paid
4. Extra ?

What I am looking from my partner
1. Dedicated and Trusted
2. Wanna spend atleast 1 hour each day
3. Having a microphone (Optional but would be great)
4. Age 15+ (Could be lower but depending on how mature you are)



Before you sending me a PM or adding me on skype please read the following.
1. This is more of a fun project! We work on it for fun.
2. I'm not hoping to get donations as i goes live but if it does and you want a share, we will dicuss it between us.
3. I want a partner who wanna be with me the whole journey and doesen't just give up.
4. I've got a work so during work times I am not 100% to respond
5. There is no plan on what server it will be. We could rework much on my current Relentless but not neccessary

If I become a partner do I get 50% of donations for my time?

If we get donations we can surely get to an agreement and 50% could be okaay. But as we work together we will talk more about it

Well of course we work together. But half the money goes to my share for being a partner. The other 50% goes to you to keep the server up and etc

Well I'm not really looking for a partner who just want the money to himself. I've got a partner that is working with exams and such etc. He have agreed that later on, if we work on a project money goes to server and future use of server. I can agree on paying my partner for his work but I'm not a fan of "Money Suckers" so to say.

I like to have a partner who want to improve the server and focus on that. In your case, you want 50%, I pay the server and all that maybe cost 30% of it and I only get 20? ( Just a example )

I am not money greedy, but having a partner who want to focus more on the server than want more and more money seems like a more fun partner that who wants to grow the server.

I'm probably the best partner you will get. And man has to make his money some how. I have a life you know. Minecraft servers is like my job to make cash. But GLWS

The best partner? No to be rude, I don't really care if I get the best partner or a bad one. The only bad one I can find is someone who is raging on single changes, asking where is his money and etc..

This is a fun project and if I don't get any single donation I don't mind as I can get a nice friend(s)/partner. If the server grows and get donation it's always fun as we both made something people like together. But asking 50% and tell me that I need to spend my 50% on paying server and then the rest to me is another deal..

A good deal is, taking the money to pay the server, developer and etc if the server would grow and the rest would split up in 50/50. But in your statement it's more of a money greed from your side even if I would not really care. No offense But I just want to make a small point

I'm not trying to start a war, but why do you have to act so damn cocky? I know at least 3 Managers/Administrators who will fit the position perfectly and do an outstanding job who will work for at most 30% of the total earnings or even free. I can acknowledge that you make a majority of your money from Minecraft, but why do you have to act like your the best Manager on McM just to get some money out of this guy? (Pleeeease don't say "I never said I'm the best Manager on McM" because you did. You said "I'm probably the best partner you will get" and everyone on McM is eligible to become his partner.)
