Just a tip (you don't have to take my advice seriously if you don't want to): 99% of faction servers are lame and borning. The same type of setup, mediocre plugins, builds, staff, website, name, etc. If you want a good solid faction server you'd need to have money (PayPal) prizes. You'd need custom plugins, not just basic premium plugins. You need good builds, a solid team, and solid original ideas. All I'm saying is think this over, I've done what you're doing before and sometimes it isn't worth it.

I may be wrong, you may have a solid plan, just make sure you double-check it all and think on it a bit more.
