Introduction
Around a month ago, I began the developement of Survival on my server, AppolixMC. Our survival gamemode is a completely fresh take on Survival. Here's some things we've done so far:

You'll receive 30% of all server profits. For context, I'm receiving 30% myself and we're putting the remaining 40% as dedicated money for the server (buying better servers, plugins, builds, etc.)

- Custom items, tools, and armor pieces, each giving things such as base damage, force, health, defense, mana, etc. Some items have abilities
- Stats system: Force [Increases power of your hits], Health, Defense, and Mana
- Multiple ways to increase stats: collecting fragments hidden in the spawn region (10000x10000), leveling up your global level by performing actions, etc.
- Speaking of the ladder: Global level up system. Perform actions such as killing mobs, mining, farming, crafting, enchanting, etc. to gain exp that lets you level up your global level, up to 50. At certain levels you gain access to new things, that could be crafting recipes, items, locations, etc.
- Is dedicated towards the project
- Has programming knowledge and can code/setup plugins
- Specific Requirements for this aspect:
- At least a year of solid experience with Java
- At least 8 months of solid experience speficially coding Minecraft plugins (utilizing the Spigot API)
- Understanding of NMS, Mongo, Redis, and MySQL
- Understand of dependencies and injection
- Know how to use Git and Maven
- Able to write efficient, mostly lag-free code.
- Specific Requirements for this aspect:
- Willing to dedicate at least 10 hours a week to working on the server
If you were hired today, here's what we would have you do:
- I would first go through and make sure most features are working correctly to demonstrate to you how we're working so far. (estimated finish date: weekend of 12/11/21)
- I would share information with you regarding our brand new Dungeons in the world (estimated finish date: weekend of 12/11/21)
- We would both find and hire builders to make the 10 different dungeons for us, each one with at least 20 rooms, some puzzles, preferably multiple floors, and a boss chamber. (estimated finish date: around new years)
- We would also hire someone to make a Note Block OST for the server- there would be a soundtrack for every Dungeon, 2 boss theme (one for the first 9 dungeons, one for the last one), and a few others, such as when you're mining, at certain events, etc. (estimated finish date: around new years)
- We would have our staff beta, fix bugs and take feedback from that, then release v1.0 to the public (estimated finish date: mid jan 2022)
- You would work on designing mobs, puzzles, and bosses for each dungeon. There would be 5 "global mobs" (appear in all dungeons), at least 3 mobs unique to each dungeon, at least 5 fully fleshed out puzzles (again, LOZ games provide a good example of the type of puzzles we want to have), and a boss (estimated finish date: end of jan 2022)
- While you do that, I would work on creating new items, general mobs in the overworld, and setting up things like events, creating the economy and balancing it, clearing all flaws with ranks, getting the last things we need for the server, etc. (estimated finish date: end of jan 2022)
- Donators can come on to test the new update, and we can take feedback from them (estimated finish date: mid feb 2022)
- We would have fully finished Dungeons, and released the update of v1.1 (estimated finish date: start of march 2022)
