Server co-ownership

Hello everyone, I'm looking for co-owners who can help me setting up my brand new gamemode I've created and which I think will be liked by a lot of people. I will be sharing a percentage of the ownership and the earnings too. After that, I'll be looking for staff and community managers. The reason why I'm asking for it is because I don't have too much time to work on it. The scenario is a world war between 2 factions, Ocelots and Endermites. The map is a scaled one of the Europe. There is crackshot with some weapons, custom texture pack and sounds. There are territories where you can complete quests, these territories can be conquered by your faction in a capture the flag minigame against the other faction. It's a bit like Risk. I would still like to know how much you have put into the server so far and what your monthly budget is.

The server could potentially be in a beta state, just need to update it to 1.16 since it is in 1.14 as I haven't played for a lot. My aim is to open the beta asap to see how many people are interested in the server, then I'll decide my budget.

Yes I do. I've never signed a contract regarding games and stuff so I'm new to this. I have the legal age to do that without my parents consent but I still consider myself new to this so I'd have a lot to learn. But anyway the answer is yes, I'd be willing to sign a contract, even though you'd have to teach me a few things.
