Looking for someone that would help out with coding no payment and just help but i know this is a market but yes looking for a server dev untill the server gets big then i will start paying when we hit over 100 players but anyways if you wanna say something bad just dont say anything i dont wanna talk to the losers just the people that are looking for a good server

Exactly. You don't need 100 players to hire a developer. Another showing that he does not know what he is saying.

I stated 6 reasons actually. Also idc about other's opinions or feelings towards me on here. I could care less if people think I'm mean. I tell people the truth whether they want it or not. I do this in my appraisals and other aspects like this. If you can't take criticism leave. If you think I'm being mean, ignore me.

Tell you what cuz I'm feeling generous today. Pm me your skype and server ip ill take a look at it and maybe. MAYBE ill help. But if I do its only gonna be in my free time and stuff that takes less then 2 hrs to code and is simple. Like gui shit.

Now why the fuck are you being rude? Did he do anything to you? Do you seriously expect a new server owner to know everything out of the blue? You could have made a better reply that he could actually learn something from, instead of waste your time.

If u actually read my first reply to host post I told him that what he did was wrong and gave him advice.
Then he replied with this:

I started out with free plugins on my server. Now I have KitPvP and OpPrison adding skywars soon and selling KitPvP. We have over 10+ players on at a time. And, We get decent donations. Now, I have just bought 10 ish Custom plugins some never seen before some just remakes to be custom to my server. But, Still free plugins are just as good as custom one. Start small. And work your way up. That's what I did and in just under a month I started getting a player base of about 5 ish people. And in 2 months I get 10 people during a school day if not more. And over 20 on weekends. However, 100 people..... People dream of it but does it really ever happen? No, not really. So.. Those are some big hopes you have the in reality you aren't gonna get to it. Sorry to say but its true. You need to know what your doing and have A LOT of experience. However, Good luck with finding someone. But, I can give you someone that makes plugins that are actually REALLY good and hes very cheap. He never charges me over 10$ and in fact I never paid him more than 5 so far and some of my plugins I asked for were worth more than 20$

Maybe he's not so experienced when it comes to hiring a developer? I remember my first time hiring a developer.
