Server + community manager, paid

Hi.

So a short thread as I'm at work right now. I'm in the process of making a Pixelmon Minecraft server but due to my full time job I can't dedicate a lot of time towards it.

I am looking for someone with ambition for Pixelmon to help pickup management duties for the community I want to build. I am looking for someone who is more on the technical side of the server to maintain server performance and making sure that the plugins and mods work as intended.

I am looking for someone with experience in Pixelmon specifically and in addition to maintaining the server I would love it if the manager could help with the community side of things, thinking about implementing things to sell on donation store and setting up server events.

I have no idea how much managerial positions are in terms of costs and don't want to insult anyone's services if my budget is too low, so if anyone interested can provide me with their fee per month and their experience I will be looking into the matter further in my free time.

Our website can be found at http://extinctmc.net and we have most of the configuration and the majority of the builds in place. Just needs someone to run things when I'm not around.

Big info: don't plan on paying someone straight away or anything. If progress is good then will be paying on agreed upon pay.
