I am serious in buying and I'm looking for someone that will explain his/her price estimate in a professional manner.
Please understand that I'm looking to understand the expected budget needed first.
Please do not ask me about my budget, I'm not stupid to ask for such a large plugin with a 20-80$ budget.

Brief explanation:

The main server spawn for new players and will introduce them to the four factions (NPC dialogs). Four main server factions (Players cannot make their own faction). Players will choose a faction to join. Each faction has its own custom leveling up, ranks, enchants, classes, races and both abilities and crafting (Magic || Mechanical) which depends on the faction the player chooses. And mini-game related to Faction wars.
