Server crash help

My server crashed randomly and keeps getting errors, idk what plugin is causing it but it happens out of the blue sometimes. I wish it would just stop. I tried to see if it was chunk issues so I used Minecraft region fixer and it found no corrupt chunks. I’m lost as of what to do.

it's ran on a pc i don't use anymore so 25g is what i configured because i don't use that pc for anything else other than hosting the server.

Too much ram to a server can have negative effects on it from what I have heard. Like I suggested, I would lower it to something around 4 gb.

Welp the errors started again so i don't think i fixed it

they say on there that it could be caused by the computer not being able to handle it, reduce your ram
