Hello, I am looking for a Java developer who is experienced with Java and Spigot. This developer will work alongside me to develop and maintain my server. We are looking to expand into a network in the near future and we need more raw development power to keep up. I am willing to start pay @ $100/mo. Bonus if you know MongoDB, BungeeCord, and Discord JDA. Skript is not accepted.

Because you'll be working alongside me. I am also a developer, I will be doing most of the development. I spent 4-6 hours a day coding, I am looking for someone to work alongside me and to help free up 1-2 hours of my day so I can focus on other important things like advertising and such to grow the network.

1-2 hours a say for a month is not worth it, for 30 days that is $3 an hour (if I did my math correctly)

Alright I understand your opinion, however I have already gotten several applications so others do feel different. I cannot afford to pay more, and per project will not work. So as of now, there is nothing I can do. I am looking to pay $200-250/mo in 1-2 months once I can afford that, right now everything keeps going uphill, our ads are working, our playerbase is slowly growing, and we make more and more money, so right now I am willing to put roughly 20-25% of our income towards development, and another 25-35% on server hosting and advertisements.
