Server Developer - Practice plugin

Aight so, I know i'm not 'reputable' but I'm using McM as i find it more efficient than spigot etc etc, so I have a server coming, a pvp based soup server in europe (as of now), I have my youtube channel and many others (friends) who have quite big youtube channels themselves to help out so either way I know it's going to be successful. We already have one other server setup, however demand for another good practice server has come apparent and here I am.

Onto the work that's needed, I need a practice plugin which would work as kohi's/badlion's per say, I have loadouts set out so we can be quite efficient, so if you've played on there, all the better. I'd prefer to continue talking to you on skype, just put your skype below, I'd pay first either way idm. But I think we can take it from skype.

I've finished one some time ago,

I sold 1 copy, and i'm holding the copy limit on 2. Won't sell it for less 100$ tho.
