Hi, we're looking for a developer to setup a few things on our server.
We're a factions server, and we're looking for developers to setup crates, ranks, GUI shops, etc. We're not looking for developers to create custom plugins, we're looking for developers who work for free, to become a long-term part of our team. Please PM me if interested.

My problem is cheapskates like you going around asking for stuff for free.

1. I've actually spent $50 yesterday on builders, stores, Xenforo developers, etc.
2. Why does this affect you at all?

You do realize that's practically nothing to spend on all of those, right?


It affects everyone. People should be paid for the work they do, but if we get so many people like you, it will just continue being the standard to be not paid/under paid.

Programming is a ridiculously well paid field outside of this tiny community, I'll be honest with you: I've made more money working at McDonalds than I have in this place. I worked there for a couple months, I made £1400, I left. I've made loads more money from my programming lessons than I have from plugins - £9000 odd vs. £1000 from plugins - just because people don't underpay you when you do business and it's not reserved to this place.

Tbh, people that want free stuff and just ask random people will get no where. Skilled developers are happy with their knowledge and need to support themselves too. So you’re saying bascually, you’re gonna use a developer so you can make your money off your server donations or whatever.

That is the most selfish thing I’ve ever seen on this site.

Why do you think developers make all the money and you barley can find them? Because there’s not a lot of people that actually have the work ethnic and intelligence to learn this.

But keep being selfish, $50 is just enough to buy a custom xenforo theme. You just hurt yourself even more saying you spent $50. I bet it wasn’t even your money lmao.
But goodluck with your server, hope it does you well since developers with this skill should work free so you use them for money right?
