Server Development [Guaranteed 100+ playerbase] skyblock

I'm sure this thread is in the wrong area, although I couldn't find a more suitable category, will repost if need.

I am looking to develop and manage the community of a Skyblock or factions server, I have 5+ years experience, and have recently just sold my network for over £600.
I am looking for an estimated '$150' per project I work on upfront, and if you're satisfied with your server, I will request another $50 but only if you're satisfied.

What will I do:
I will find you an active playerbase, probably around 15-20 island leaders. (100+ players)
Setup your host (pterodactyl, mongo, redis, mysql)
Develop your entire network (bungee, hub, your-gamemode)
Setup forums
Setup store
I can find extra advertising, get cheap deals on the artwork, etc as I am well known in the community.

Pricing:
As stated, I am looking for $150, this will guarantee you a successful server or money back, if you are 100% satisfied, and making money from the server I will ask for another $50, but that will be your decision.
