Server Economy Balancing - Factions

Hey!

I previously bought a premade factions shopguiplus economy. Obviously with this there's a lot of balancing issues. I'm looking for somebody to come and rebalance the economy as well as add in some items it was missing such as some spawners and lilpads etc.

I am looking for someone with tons of factions experience and knows a lot about how factions work etc. We will be having 3 week maps, 1 week grace 2 weeks regular. I am looking for the top faction to be around 2-4 billion at the end of the map.

I am also looking for someone to balance the crates and monthly crate to match the server economy. Right now I feel as the crates are a bit unbalanced and the monthly crate is far to op.

For the Monthly crate, regular crates and shop balancing my budget is 20$
