Server Estimate?

I currently have a thread up about selling my server.
I need an estimate though for what it will sell for, because I do not want to be ripped off.
Currently, my server is a Creative server.
It is already set-up, with about 10 - 15 plugins.
They are already configured, and has a 2-5 players on at a time.
We have friendly staff, and a java developer, and someone that will work with you if you need any redstone done with plugins.
Not many builds on the plots, but still a few, so it is not entirely empty.
We already have all of the permissions set up.
It has 26 days left of hosting, until the next monthly payment is due.
The server has 1 GB of RAM, but can be upgraded easily.
The hosting has great support aswell!

There is builds on it, but not like hours of work built into the building part of our players.

Default Group = Grass Group, You do have permissions, if you were smart, you would check out all of the plot commands.

That isn't our spawn. Those are plots, if you would hover over them, it would say it was claimed by someone.

How come, it says that you have been moved to Grass group in console, because, when you join, it automatically moves you there?
You are assuming there is no group because there is no prefix?

It says I was moved to the grass group because you moved me there when I asked. Also, there is no group because, one their is no prefix and two I had NO permissions.

You had no permissions? All you tried was /help, and I removed that because it showed the plugins. /pl was hidden, because of a plugin.
You should try claiming a plot first and doing /msg, and /tpa, and all of that.
Because, all of the other people claimed a plot, and XBox can confirm that aswell, because he was on the server.
And, if you look in console, I did not move you. I added a prefix.

I did /mangaddv grass prefix &8[&aGrass&8], at first, then added a &f at the end to make your name white.

I am done arguing. Your server is not worth buying. That is just my opinion but no one will buy your server. I can make a server like yours in literally an hour.

I made an exact server like this, made $18.00 off of donations in the first day, and sold it for $7.00 to a new owner that will grow it bigger. And he did grow it bigger, and got a playerbase of 30 people on at a time.
Who cares if you can make a server in an hour.
Some people can't.
In fact, when you went to my skyblock server, you said I should buy someone else's, because I can't make one.
Imagine how other people feel.

Yes, no one will buy your server because you are extremely rude to potentially interested buyers in this thread and just show that you are extremely unprofessional and I hope no one buys this server for you. $18 in one day isn't even a lot, you even just said your server is bad, you said you sold it for $7 and someone made it better and got a 30 player base..
