I'm going to keep the introduction brief because I don't want to offer anything until I know what kind of experience individuals have. I will tailor my decision based on each applicant.

I represent MineSkill a long standing community that has recently fallen into stagnation. I myself have begun developing to increase the custom content of the server and have not got much time to do internals and community development. I will be looking for individuals who can use their initiative to solve problems without me.

Payment will be purely based on previous experience and server progression, if the server gets more donations, you get more pay. Simple.
