Server Factions Custom Terrain 15k by 15k $25

Hey i need a map that is fairly flat, i mean it can have mountains but about 500 away from spawn x0 and z0. I do not want the mountains too large and i dont want floating islands. I want the world to be able to be easily explored for factions to build their bases etc. I dont want an ocean right by spawn but a river maybe would be good. I want the spawn point to be fairly flat to put the actual spawn structure about 125-150x125-150. Thats about it

Just gonna say this. For a SIMPLE map that's 15000 by 15000 blocks you can expect to pay about $150. assuming its quite basic We're not even talking about high quality, just something really straightforward that takes relatively little effort.
Even if you'll accept just simple hills that can be made with a basic perlin heightmap (so basically the entire terrain is endless flowing hills with occasional forests and treespawns and whatnot) you would still need 3 times as much as you're offering.
For $25 you can maybe get a decent 100x100 factionspawn if you find someone cheap, but it ends there.
I recommend you do 1 of 3 things.
1st, consider raising your budget by saving up a bit more
2nd, consider if you really need a world that large. maybe you can make do with something smaller
3rd, look into TerrainControl.

It used to be possible to just change the prefix, but at some point in time someone decided to disable it because it was being 'abused'. So now you just have to report your own post to have it marked complete.

Anther good terrain plugin is EpicTerrainGenerator

With your budget, I'd personally recommend a plugin called EpicWorldGenerator. I think it's like $40 on spigot? But it generates amazing terrain
