Server files help!?

I bought some pre made server files because of school I don't have enough time to configure everything I just need to know how to upload them to my multicraft control panel. If there's a video you guys know of that explains this please give me the link! I just want to know if there's anything special I should know of or do before I go screwing with the server files and not be able to run my server.
