What are the top 2 gamemodes that people are interested in, but AREN'T over saturated?

Skyblock is hands down the best gamemode to create at the moment. Super profitable now, as there's so much more to it now compared to a year ago where there was little to nothing. Minions, upgrades, shards, all of that fun stuff.

Factions would probably be second, but I think it's dying out, and it requires tons of advertisements to be profitable and fun for the community. Two factions on the entire server isn't fun.

I know you said aren't over saturated, which Skyblock and Factions definitely are, because they are the top two gamemodes, and require minimal effort to setup, but saying "top 2" and "aren't over saturated" isn't really the best way to ask your question. For something not over saturated, look into custom development.
