Also he will not even get anything for free .

Its a marketplace people come to earn money.

I will be happy to pay people, but as it's a big job and will earn publicity I wouldnt expect to pay as much as say for one logo,

I can do one for $2

I need someone who will be dedicated to my server and willing to produce items when needed, not just a one of logo. This is because I don't want all graphics to be made by different people, I would like a loyal and trustful designer to stay with my server. It also makes it easier to go through only one person, and as stated above it would mean getting a lot of publicity and vouches from all server staff and myself.

It depends what is required for the server, mainly drawn icons, logos, banners ect..
