Well to begin with.. I personally don't think It can run a server past 5 players. That thing is over 10 years old.

Yes, any basic PC can do that, you shouldn't need more than 2 GB of ram for vanilla minecraft survival.

Yeah but for experience I'm looking to setup my own professional server.

I will be web hosting, setting up databases and all sorts of stuff but wanted to know if it could run a Minecraft server as I'm no expert.[DOUBLEPOST=1499483105][/DOUBLEPOST]

Why do you disagree with
Well if you have 2 years in hand, You can spend the 2 years learning Java, then onto MySQL and then learn Spigot. Don't go onto spigot immediately, I've made that mistake so has half the other developers; They just rush Java. Focus Java till you know a lot of it then go to a good amount of MySQL then onto Spigot/Bungee

Because spigot is an excellent tool for learning Java. The basics of Java is all you need to start off. Spigot is just an API and is really fun to play with, no one in the right mind would spend 2 years learning Java before touching spigot if that's the thing they wanted to do in the first place.

He said to make money not to make money fast he could spend 4 - 5 years learning everything about Java and becoming the next developer on here.
