Shortly we will be deploying our VPS line up and as follows this is what you can get within your budget from us. While we may not be the cheapest out there we're here to keep the quality we offer high.

Don't you need a bungee cord server?
How much ram would you like each server to even have?

i7 6700k
i7 4790k (Using it right now)
Xeon e5 1650v3
xeon e5 1650v4.
Ram is probably the third thing you should look for.
If you want great performence on your server. Minecraft/Bukkit/SPigot use single thread performence, witch you need a processor for great for that task. See http://www.cpubenchmark.net/singleThread.html

I didn't see this in the original thread on my first read, though it is possible to get the same pricing on our Minecraft VPS option which comes with 4GB and the ability to make 4 servers.
