Server Hosting Suggestions

Hey. I may be starting a new Skyblock & Factions server up soon. Any suggestions on what hosting I should pick?

Servers needed: Hub Server, Skyblock, Factions.
Budget: 5-20$ a month.
Free Dedicated IP connection needed.
Location: US

What is the best I can get?

20$ might buy you have of the server box you need lol. Please state if you want crappy shared hosting. Or a great dedicated server.

AnvilNode, and $20 for a dedi won't be that good. Better off with shared hosting unless he can squeeze ~$7-9 for Kimsufi

I'm on a low budget. I will upgrade if I get enough donations

If you're on a low budget. You should stop. Save and then wait till you have a lot to spend on advertising.
